Education Fee Payment

You can conveniently pay your education fees, including registration, tuition, document processing, ID card re-issuance, and more, through the Education Fees option of the 1Card app.

Disclaimers for Education Fee Payments:

  • No Refund Policy : Once the payment is completed, refunds are not available from 1Card. For refund inquiries, you must contact the concerned Account Section in person.
  • Service Charges : A service charge will be deducted based on the payment channel selected:
    • DBBL NEXUS: BDT 20 will be deducted per transaction from the user.
    • ROCKET: BDT 25 will be deducted per transaction from the user.
    • SSL Commerz Gateway:
      • 1.4% for Mobile Banking.
      • 1.53% for VISA/MASTER cards and other Internet banking.
    • Surjopay Gateway: 1.5% for all payment channels (Mobile Banking and Cards).
    • bKash Gateway: 1.15% service charge will be deducted per transaction from the user.
    • There is service will be deducted from all concerned users except DIU.


1Card Recharge Service

You can add points to your 1Card wallet through an online gateway using Mobile Financial Services (MFS) and VISA/MASTER cards.

Disclaimers for 1Card Recharge Service:

  • No Refund Policy: Once the recharge is completed, refunds are not available from 1Card.
  • Usage Restriction: Wallet balances cannot be used for education fee payments. The balance can only be used at designated facilities, such as the canteen, food court, and other on-campus shops, for product purchases.
  • Service Charges: A service charge will be deducted as follows:
    • Surjopay Gateway: 1.8% for MFS (Mobile Banking), and 2.1% for VISA/MASTER cards.

Balance Transfer

You can transfer your 1Card wallet balance to another 1Card user.

Disclaimers for Fund Transfer:

  • No Refund Policy: Once the transfer is completed, refunds are not available from 1Card.
  • Usage Restriction: Transferred balances cannot be used for education fee payments. The balance can only be used at designated facilities, such as the canteen, food court, and other on-campus shops, for product purchases.
  • Service Charges: A service charge will be deducted for each transfer.
